La Choc is proudly based the village of Coxhoe, County Durham, in the North East of England. 

Founded in 2019, we were first inspired by the magical sights, sounds and – most importantly! – tastes of French chocolateries.  

We brought this magic back to Coxhoe and handmake our luxurious artisan chocolate with two aims in mind: that it looks amazing and tastes incredible…and we’re very good at it! 

What’s more, we also host a range of delightful chocolate making experiences, including workshops, hen parties, and birthday parties, where chocolate lovers can immerse themselves in the delicious world of La Choc.   

As a small, local business, we love working with other fantastic small businesses both locally and further afield.  

We aim to use only use locally-sourced ingredients and we are proud that the chocolate we make is not only ethically-sources, but sustainable too.
